Chuck Ducastel and Jaime Smith are lifelong friends that have worked together in multiple businesses over the years. Their personalities complement each other and allow them to support and run businesses without conflict. Both are analytical but like to get the “mud” and thus are often found on site getting the work done.

Jaime is a ten-year Air Force veteran, where she was worked as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Technician. Following a war time tours, Jaime left the Air Force to focus on her family, and a civilian career. Jaime put her leadership to work in management, real estate assessing and customer service. Jaime has a keen eye for detail and customer relationships. In addition to installing floors, she also conducts quotes and follow-ups to ensure satisfied customers. Behind the scenes she focuses on bookkeeping and advertising.

Chuck is retired from the Army following a 32+ year career and a combat tour in Iraq. Chuck started his career as an enlisted soldier with the 82nd Airbourne but progressed through the ranks to finally retire as a Major. He was first appointed to Lieutenant as an Armor Officer and after he made Captain, served in key roles as a Logistics Officer. Chuck has also owned multiple successful businesses, has a Bachelor’s in Engineering and a Master’s in “Leadership and Management”. Chuck loves getting his hands dirty and has that detail oriented personality to get things done right the first time. In addition to product installation, he puts his experience and background to work managing employees and scaling the business to meet the demands of his customers.
